We need carton count, dimensions, gross weight, pallet footprint, height and weight limits, stackability rules, destination labels, and pickup instructions.

Can ShipHouse coordinate with my carrier or forwarder?

Yes. The scoped handoff can include verifying the pickup reference and window, staging the pallets, and releasing them to the named carrier or forwarder.

Does pallet prep include freight forwarding?

No. Pallet Prep covers the physical build and warehouse pickup handoff. Customs, international movement, and broader transport coordination belong in a Freight Forwarding scope.

Can non-stackable freight be prepared?

It requires manual review. Product stability, dimensions, weight distribution, protection, and carrier rules must be confirmed before a build is approved.

Do you provide pallet counts and dimensions after the build?

The agreed output can include final pallet count, measurements, identifiers, exception status, and release status.
